Everything a new player should know before depositing: how money gets in and out, what the games are, and how to check that results are fair.

1. Signing up

You can sign up with email or another login option, or with your Steam account. Use our referral link or enter code CRAZYMONGO to get a free case as a new user.

If you want to deposit or withdraw skins, you'll need to connect Steam and add your Steam trade URL in your profile settings. For crypto only, you don't need Steam at all.

2. Depositing

The site uses its own coin balance. You can get coins by:

• Skins (P2P): list skins from your Steam inventory. When another user buys them, you send the item by Steam trade and receive coins.
• Crypto: send coins like BTC, ETH or LTC to your deposit address.
• Other methods may be available depending on your region.

3. Withdrawing

You can withdraw by buying a skin listed by another user on the P2P marketplace (they send it to you via Steam trade) or by withdrawing crypto.

• Skin withdrawals depend on the seller sending the trade, so they're not always instant.
• Steam's own trade rules (trade holds / trade protection) can delay when you can use or move an item.
• Always double-check the item and the trade offer in Steam before accepting.

4. The games

The Games menu has four games: Roulette, Coinflip, Cases and Case Battles. There's also Match Betting on CS2 esports.

• Roulette: bet on where the wheel stops. Rounds are quick, which is exactly why it's easy to overspend.
• Coinflip: 1-vs-1, winner takes the pot.
• Cases: open a case for a random skin.
• Case Battles: everyone opens the same cases; modes like Jackpot, Uno Reverse and Terminal change who wins.

5. Provably fair: how to check a result

Before a round, the site commits to a server seed by showing you its hash. The result is calculated from that seed plus other inputs (like a client seed or public data). Once the seed is revealed, you can re-run the calculation and confirm the result matches, so the site couldn't have changed it after seeing your bet.

1. Open the Fairness page on CSGOEmpire.
2. Find the round you want to check and copy its seeds.
3. Use the site's verifier (or an independent script) to recompute the outcome.

Remember: fair per round still includes a house edge overall.

6. Levels and rewards

You gain XP when you wager, which raises your level and unlocks rewards such as level-up cases. Treat these as a small bonus, not a reason to wager more.

7. Keeping your account safe

• Only log in through the real domain. Bookmark it.
• Never share your Steam Guard codes, password or Steam Web API key with anyone.
• If you ever see an API key you didn't create on your Steam account, revoke it immediately; that's a common scam used to hijack trades.
• Ignore DMs promising "free money" or claiming to be support.
